Call Center Representative

Job brief

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  3. Identify customers’ needs and clarify information
  4. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a customer support role
  2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  3. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  4. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
